Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cb89", "we", "us", "our" means the cb89 online gaming platform accessible at https://cb89.io, operated as an offshore online gaming service.
• "Platform" means the cb89 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any application or interface through which cb89 services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the cb89 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the cb89 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to cb89 is prohibited by applicable local law, a current list of which is maintained by cb89 and available upon request from support.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, used as the reference time for all time-sensitive platform operations including promotion expiry and session records.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the cb89 Platform for all deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the cb89 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and cb89 with respect to the use of the Platform.

2.2 By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by depositing funds, or by placing a wager on the cb89 Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions unconditionally and in full.

2.3 These Terms supersede all prior written or oral representations, understandings, or agreements between you and cb89 on the subject matter herein.

2.4 cb89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: The cb89 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or using any service on the Platform. cb89 enforces this requirement through KYC verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned where technically possible.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility: You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the cb89 Platform is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence. cb89 does not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

3.3 Single Account Rule: Each Player is entitled to hold only one registered Account on the cb89 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared device — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being suspended, Balances frozen, and winnings voided.

3.4 Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously applied for voluntary self-exclusion on cb89 are not eligible to register a new Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 To access the full range of cb89 services, a Player must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

4.2 You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for the security of your password. cb89 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS upon account creation.

4.3 You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete. Material inaccuracies in account information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, or contact details — may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

4.4 cb89 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4.5 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cb89 support immediately at [email protected].

4.6 Account Dormancy

An Account is deemed dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cb89 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce a Balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in.

KYC Verification

5.1 cb89 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to protect the integrity of the Platform and the security of all Players. KYC verification must be completed before a Player's first withdrawal request is processed.

5.2 cb89 may request the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of current residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot or photograph of the registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account confirming ownership where the account name matches the registered Player name.

5.3 Documents must be clearly legible, unaltered, and submitted in their original form. cb89 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where it deems further verification necessary.

5.4 Failure to provide requested KYC documents within fourteen (14) days of the request being issued may result in withdrawal restriction and, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

5.5 All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the cb89 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection principles.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

cb89 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cb89 does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which cb89 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to the Player's Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, Players should contact support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering principles.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time on a business day are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on public holidays in Bangladesh are processed on the next available business day. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the cb89 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cb89 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in any other currency. Any currency conversion performed at the payment-provider level is the sole responsibility of the Player.

6.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

cb89 maintains internal anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where a transaction triggers an AML review flag. During such a review, cb89 may request additional documentation. Players must cooperate fully with any AML review. Failure to cooperate may result in the withdrawal being declined and the Account being suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7.1 cb89 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is active and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until the stated wagering (turnover) requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before withdrawal becomes available).

7.3 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage than slots. The contribution rates for each game category are set out in the relevant promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically.

7.5 Bonus Abuse: cb89 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend Accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, use of automated wagering software, or hedging bets across markets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements.

7.6 Employee and Affiliate Exclusions: Employees, contractors, and affiliates of cb89 are not eligible to participate in player-facing promotional offers unless expressly stated.

Game Rules & Betting Conduct

8.1 All games and sports betting markets offered on the cb89 Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.

8.2 Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be reversed, amended, or cancelled. Players should review all bet details carefully before confirming.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round or betting event, cb89 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. cb89's decision in such matters is final.

8.4 Sports Betting: All sports betting markets are subject to the specific event rules applicable to the sport and competition. Results are determined by reference to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play betting markets close at points determined by cb89's trading team and may be suspended without notice at any time.

8.5 Obvious Errors: cb89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or manifest pricing mistake. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors will be subject to account review and potential suspension.

8.6 Maximum Winnings: cb89 applies maximum single-transaction and weekly payout limits which are communicated within individual game interfaces and the Help section of the Platform. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be paid up to the cap amount only; the excess will not be awarded.

Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cb89 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds;
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or any other game format where collusion creates an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from cb89;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain — any such exploit must be reported to cb89 immediately via [email protected];
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the Platform for any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse a legitimate deposit via a payment provider chargeback after the funds have been wagered on the Platform (chargeback fraud);
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cb89 support staff or other players.

Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the cb89 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, text, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of cb89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cb89.

10.4 The cb89 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of cb89. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use these marks.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cb89 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 cb89 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (b) any specific game outcome, odds, or result will be achieved; or (c) the Platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or operating systems.

11.3 In no event shall cb89, its officers, directors, employees, or third-party licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

11.4 cb89's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by cb89's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 cb89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://cb89.io/privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, account management, and where applicable, targeted promotional communications.

12.3 cb89 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game suppliers, and regulatory bodies where required, all of whom are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon being set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated on-screen notifications alerting Players after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period, during which the Player cannot log in, deposit, or wager.

Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cb89 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cb89 will process any pending withdrawal of verified Balance funds before closing the Account. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

14.2 Suspension or Closure by cb89: cb89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) cb89 is required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation; (c) cb89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) the Player's account presents unacceptable risk under cb89's internal compliance policies.

14.3 Where an Account is closed by cb89 due to a proven breach of these Terms, cb89 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Balance will be returned to the Player via their last used withdrawal method.

14.4 Following Account closure, these Terms continue to apply to any matter arising from the period during which the Account was active, including any outstanding disputes, pending KYC investigations, or AML review processes.

Amendments to These Terms

15.1 cb89 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Player rights) may be made without prior notice. Material amendments that affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated via registered email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

15.2 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment effective date and request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the offshore jurisdiction under which cb89 operates. cb89 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

16 .2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, you should first contact cb89 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. cb89 aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with cb89 support, the matter may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. Details of the applicable ADR mechanism are available from cb89 support upon request.

16.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence.
